Section One

Greetings, WTC Residents! Thank you for visiting our website. We welcome and encourage all community residents (owners and tenants) to access our site.  In the Community Section, you will find announcements (e.g. meetings), notices (e.g. grounds maintenance, temporary parking restrictions), and documents (e.g. rules and regulations, parking assignments) that are important to all members of our community.  The Owner's Section contains confidential communications and governing documents that co-owners may need to access.  In order to access these sections, you will need to request a password.

Request a Password

Please send an email request to the Board at wheatontowneboard@gmail.com and include the following information: 

• First and Last Name 

• Address

• Resident Status (Owner or Tenant) 

 

After your information has been verified, the Board will email you a password for the section(s) you are permitted to access.  *Please note, the Community Section and Owner's Section have different passwords. **Please do not share your password for the Owner's Section with property managers and/or tenants.

Accessing the Community Section and the Owner's Section

Please follow these instructions to access the sections on our site.  First, click on the section tab at the top of the page--this will take you to the Guest Area.  Next, enter your password on the line (remember it is case sensitive).  Finally, click on the "Go" button--this will take you to the respective section.  *Please note, the Community Section and Owner's Section have different passwords.
